ePrint:

- ePrint lets you print from remotely anywhere to a printer that is compatible with ePrint feature. ePrint assigns an email address to your printer. To print, send an email containing your document to your printers' email address. You can print PDFs, Word and images, ppt documents, and photos.

Note: ePrint provides convenience printing. Documents printed with ePrint may appear different from the original. Style, formatting, and text flow may differ slightly from the original document.

eFax:

eFax allows you to send and receive faxes using the Internet rather than a phone line. eFax is easy to use, but it is different than a typical phone-based fax machine. You don't require a phone line to use it, so you don't have to worry about busy signals and you can place your printer where you want it, not where the phone jacks are located! The fax number you are provided will not typically be a local number, and may even be in a different country. You will receive 20 incoming and 20 outgoing fax pages per month for free with this service.

Your page counts will reset at midnight Pacific Time on the first of each month. You can also subscribe to eFax plus to obtain additional pages per month by visiting: http://www.eFax.com/products/internet-fax.

Fax to PC/Fax to Email:
Use "Fax to PC" to automatically save received faxes directly to your computer, or send the received faxes directly to an email address. You can save the paper and ink by using this great feature.

Scan to Network Folder:

Scan a file or photo directly to a network folder instead of scanning in individual folders/computers and share them to office associates with specific privileges

Scan to Email:

Use "Scan to Email" feature to directly scan a file or photo from the printer and send it to recipient that you would like without a computer.
